At Letná and Pankrác, we prepare cakes daily that are more than just something to have with coffee — they’re a full-on sweet stop. We bake everything in-house in small batches, so it’s always fresh.
Our sweet flight plan is overseen by our dessert pilot, Halyna. She has a precise sense of flavor and is constantly searching for the best combinations. Sometimes she returns to the classics, other times she explores entirely new directions. The result? Cakes that taste as good as they look.
On the menu, you’ll find classics that never disappoint — like Míša cake, banana bread, macaroons, and other tried-and-true favorites made with care. At the same time, we introduce new ideas and experiments, including desserts, seasonal combinations, and limited-edition items that are on board for a limited time… and then gone.
Because we take sweets just as seriously as coffee, we pay close attention to what we bake with. We use high-quality ingredients, farm-sourced products, and honest basics—no shortcuts — just good ingredients and skilled hands that truly know what they’re doing.
