The name Pilot Cafe was no coincidence. It brings together several things that have been close to our hearts from the very beginning.<\/p>\n

The first inspiration came from Dakar. Our captain, Martin Mac\u00edk, competes in the Dakar Rally, where\nthe truck driver is known as the pilot. The pilot, navigator, and mechanic form a close-knit team built\non experience, trust, and teamwork.<\/p>\n

The second inspiration came from the location of our very first caf\u00e9. Pilot Cafe opened in Letn\u00e1 in\n2019. The name Letn\u00e1 itself is connected to aviation, and the area has a long-standing history with\nflying. Just a few steps away, you'll find the National Technical Museum, home to one of the most\nimportant aviation exhibitions in the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n

This is where all these ideas came together.<\/p>\n

But we didn't want aviation to remain just a part of our name. We created a concept that runs through\nour entire brand.<\/p>\n

You'll find it in our interiors, visual identity, and countless little details. Our crew welcomes you on\nboard, invites you to join us for the journey, and from time to time, you might even hear an in-flight\nannouncement or a recommendation for an emergency coffee or brunch landing. Every detail is part of one story.<\/p>\n

For us, Pilot Cafe is more than just a caf\u00e9. It's a place where you can take a break from the rush of\neveryday life, slow down, and enjoy great coffee and honest food.<\/p>\n

And do you know what makes us happiest? When our guests tell us they've noticed the aviation theme themselves. That they enjoy discovering all the little details and that these touches are what give Pilot Cafe its unique atmosphere.<\/p>\n
