Lucka is one of the newest faces aboard Pilot Letn\u00e1. Although she has only been part of the crew for three months, she has already mastered not only working behind the bar but also the role of Operations Manager. Anyone who knows her will tell you she never runs out of energy.<\/p>\n

She found Pilot through an Instagram ad. One click, a few interviews, and today she can hardly imagine starting her day anywhere other than aboard Pilot.<\/p>\n

What she enjoys most about the job is its variety. Every day brings something new: great coffee, new situations, new people, and opportunities to keep improving both herself and the caf\u00e9. That\u2019s exactly why hospitality continues to inspire her.<\/p>\n

Her morning usually starts with a cappuccino made with lactose-free milk, which often replaces breakfast. Once the day gets going, she switches to black coffee, most often filter coffee or cold brew.<\/p>\n

What her workday looks like depends on whether she\u2019s behind the bar or managing\noperations. One thing is always the same, though. She\u2019s the first to arrive. She gets the\nespresso machine ready, chooses the beans for the batch brew, stocks the display with cakes and snacks, and makes sure everything is set for the first guests. Then comes her favorite morning ritual, ten quiet minutes to herself with her first cup of coffee. Only after that do the doors open and the caf\u00e9 truly comes to life. Throughout the day, she\u2019s usually out on the floor with guests, and before heading home to her family in the evening, she makes sure the orders for the next day are taken care of.<\/p>\n

What makes her happiest during a shift? A perfectly prepared coffee and genuine positive feedback from guests. Those small moments remind her that everything she does has a purpose.<\/p>\n

When asked about the funniest moment she\u2019s experienced at Pilot, she laughs. She remembers the day Petra called to say they had chosen another candidate. A few minutes\nlater, the phone rang again. It had all been a misunderstanding. They had actually meant to\nhire Lucka. Thankfully, everything worked out, and today she\u2019s an important part of the crew.<\/p>\n

When she\u2019s not at work, she finds peace somewhere completely different, up high. She\nenjoys rock climbing, loves the mountains, traveling, and snowboarding, and treasures\nspending time with her family.<\/p>\n

If she ever left the caf\u00e9 world, she already knows exactly what she\u2019d do. She dreams of\nopening her own small caf\u00e9 with a guesthouse somewhere in the mountains, a place where\npeople would come to slow down, just as naturally as they come to Pilot for a coffee today.<\/p>\n

Her superpower? As she jokes:\n\u201cMy superpower is messing everything up\u2026 and somehow always finding a way out.\n\u201d<\/p>\n

If Lucka could choose the soundtrack for arriving at work, it would be \u201cSientelo\u201d by Camo &\nKrooked. It\u2019s the track that gets her into the rhythm of the day before she even starts pulling\nthe first espresso.<\/p>\n

The motto that sums her up best?<\/p>\n

\u201cThe most important thing is not to lose perspective. Everything else can be figured out.\n\u201d<\/p>\n

Lucka has brought fresh energy, plenty of new ideas, and a genuine drive to keep improving\nPilot Letn\u00e1. Whether you meet her behind the bar or running the day-to-day operations, one\nthing is certain. She gives everything her full attention. It\u2019s thanks to people like her that\nguests are always happy to come back aboard Pilot.<\/p>\n<\/div>
