If you\u2019re a regular at Pankr\u00e1c, chances are you already know Tereza. She\u2019s been part of our crew for around two years now, and in that time, she\u2019s grown to love not only working with coffee, but above all the people around her.<\/p>\n

Her journey to Pilot was actually pretty straightforward. She was looking for a\npart-time job, calling caf\u00e9s and asking if they needed an extra pair of hands.\nPilot stood out to her the most, so that\u2019s where she eventually landed.<\/p>\n

It didn\u2019t take long for her to fall for coffee. She still remembers the Venezuelan\ncoffee we had on the grinder when she first joined. It made such an\nimpression that she can still recall it years later.<\/p>\n

A typical day for Tereza at Pankr\u00e1c starts with getting the caf\u00e9 ready for the\nfirst guests. If everything is set and she has a few minutes to spare, she\nmakes herself her favourite lactose-free flat white \u2013 a little pre-flight ritual\nbefore the day gets going.<\/p>\n

What Tereza enjoys most about working in a caf\u00e9 is the people. She loves\nseeing guests feel at home here and knowing they enjoy coming back.<\/p>\n

When she\u2019s not at Pilot, you\u2019ll most likely find her at school or spending time\nwith her boyfriend and friends. She\u2019s also into sports and would love to make\nmore time for them in the future.<\/p>\n

And a few things you probably wouldn\u2019t guess while ordering your coffee?\nTereza is a natural blonde, she loves pink, and no soundtrack to her shift\nwould be complete without Viktor Sheen.<\/p>\n
