why do we do it
Kateřina loved specialty coffee, while Martin was a fan of breakfast. So he started exploring the coffee world and learned to appreciate it, while Kateřina mastered the art of preparing the best breakfasts — the kind that lift you to new heights. And since they both have a sweet tooth, they decided to dive into homemade cakes as well. That’s how the idea of their own café on Letná was born — combining specialty coffee, homemade cuisine, a pastry counter, and a visually welcoming atmosphere. It didn’t take long before they opened a second location in Pankrác, and today, they’re already dreaming of new destinations.

Reservations are made via the online form for up to 10 people (Letná) and 6 people (Pankrác). For larger groups, please contact us at cafe@pilotcafe.cz. Weekend reservations available only at 9:00 AM. Thank you!
